Maria Center Rates
One-time non-refundable Reservation fee: $1,500
This fee is required to hold a spot on the waiting list. It will be paid prior to taking occupancy of the apartment. If the resident does not move in, it will be refunded within 30 days.
Monthly Service Fee: [refer to chart below for rates]
Monthly service fee costs are based on the square footage of the apartment chosen. See Monthly Service Fee Rate sheet.
Monthly service fee includes:
- Heating, cooling, electric, water, sewer, trash pick up
- Three meals a day
- Housekeeping services twice a month – dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathroom(s)
- Annual top to bottom cleaning of apartment
- Complimentary laundry room
- Transportation once a week to Plymouth for shopping, errands
- Reserved resident parking for those with cars – winter snow removal from vehicle
- Cable TV / wireless internet access
- 24-hour Safety and security alert System
- Maintenance repairs as needed
- Social activities & transportation to Turtle Topper outings
- Activity Room for private/family gatherings
- Locked storage space outside apartment
- Exercise/Fitness Room
Phone Fees: $50
This amount includes a $30 phone hook-up fee and the first $20 monthly phone fee.
Pet Fee (if applicable): $150 one time fee (non-refundable)
